In my opinion , it will be useful in all circumstances…
I don’t think this shorts will be useful for running , but I think It can fit exactly with other sports like volley ball.

Yep, it has pockets for holding your gels or gu’s. One of the biggest differences between good running shorts and the crappy one’s is the quality of pockets, and these pockets are great.
